PE Program and Philosophy

Physical movement is essential to reach the maximum potential of each student.  Students need full body movement every day.  I try to find the individual level of each child and have them work to that level.

Each student will build overall strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance.


Each student will be able to practice skills associated with different sports as well as learning and practicing good sportsmanship while playing games using skills they learn.


Each student will learn positive problem-solving skills that are associated with team sports and interactions.


All students are encouraged to try their best and to honestly evaluate their efforts.  I believe this can be done in a safe,controlled, and fun environment
