E&E Food Services
E&E Food Services is pleased to offer lunch service at St. Patrick Catholic School for children in K through 8th grades. E&E will be providing fresh, hot, and nutritious meals that will be prepared onsite at the school. The first day of meal service will be Wednesday, August 14th.
IMPORTANT: Creating an account with E&E’s Food Service through www.myschoolaccount.com will allow you to monitor your child/ren’s lunchtime purchases, track what your child has purchased for the last 30 days, make on-line deposits directly into their meal account, and have an email reminder sent to you when an account balance gets low. You will note that during this process you will be asked for your child’s student ID number. This ID number will be sent to you via email from firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the beginning of school.
All accounts must be preloaded and paid in full (from last school year) with money to be able to make purchases. This can be done either on-line or by check. No credit will be given. If you don't have any money deposited in your account your child(ren) will not be served. We ask to please deposit money in their account online before school starts or the first day of school you can send cash or check. We don’t except credit cards payment only for online deposit.
On-line: Once you have created an account, student debit account deposits can be made on-line through www.myschoolaccount.com, by ACH payments and credit card payments, for a cost of $2 per transaction. Please allow 24 hours from when you make an on-line payment for it to be updated to your child’s account.
Check: You may also create an account on www.myschoolaccount.com and choose to pay E&E by check. To pay by check, you may bring a check made out to E&E Food Services to the school office. There will be a box in the school office for you to drop off your check. To best assist you, please put the check in an envelope and clearly print your child/ren’s names and the amount of money to go to each child. If the amount is not specified, the money will be evenly distributed among your children.
When an account balance is low the parent will receive an email reminder. If there is a negative account balance, the student will only be able to purchase a hot lunch (entrée, 2 sides, fruit and small drink) and no extras. If the account has a negative balance of $10 or more, the student may only purchase a cheese sandwich and a small water.
