We are grateful you are considering St. Patrick for your child’s education. We are committed to academic excellence and spiritual formation. 

  

Questions about our school or admissions? We cordially invite you to join us virtually for “Coffee with the Principal” at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, October 23, November 20, or December 11. Applications for the 2021-2022 school year will be available on October 16, 2020.  Please click here to see our  Admissions Information Flier. Completed applications turned in by January 31, 2021, will be given priority consideration.  

  

Application Process 

  

Applying is easy using our Online Application. Parents can track online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $75 must be submitted with each application.  Completed applications turned in by January 31, 2021 will be given priority consideration. 

  

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your application status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental option forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

                    This non-refundable fee is processed as final step in online application submission

 Most recent report card 

  • Birth Certificate 
  • Immunization Record signed by Physician 
  • Most recent Standardized Test Scores, incoming grades 2-8 
  • Baptismal Record (if Catholic) 
  • Confirmation of Current Parish Standing if transferring from another Parish 

  

Please print the SPS Student Information Release Form, complete and give to your  

  

child's current school office.
