About the Principal

Please give a warm St. Patrick welcome to our new school principal,

Mrs. Rebecca Rosa! This appointment resulted from a long and thoughtful search that began in February when Fr. Charles and the Search Team began a national effort to recruit the strongest and best-matched candidates to our school.
Rebecca Rosa began her career in education at Bishop Byrne High School, a middle/high school, where she taught theology and social studies. When Bishop Byrne closed, she moved to Memphis Catholic High School, her alma mater. She served as the middle school lead teacher and department chair. When Memphis Catholic closed in 2019, Mrs. Rosa moved to Compass, along with many of the Memphis Catholic faculty and staff. As Dean of Culture, she worked with students and faculty to improve the educational experience.
Rebecca and her family look forward to joining our community. We are delighted with the search process's outcome and look forward to welcoming the Rosa Family to our parish community.
