Goals
In partnership with Parish of St. Patrick Catholic Church, the faculty and staff of St. Patrick Catholic School commit to the following five mission-driven goals:
- Form Disciples of Christ Rooted in Catholic Identity and Social Justice
Teach the Catholic faith as a lived experience—one that calls students to love God, serve others, and act with justice. Through daily prayer, sacramental preparation, virtue formation, and service-learning grounded in Catholic Social Teaching, we foster a faith that transforms hearts and communities.
- Deliver Rigorous, Data-Informed Academics for All Learners
Provide a strong academic foundation through a challenging, standards-based curriculum that develops critical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving. We use assessments and classroom data to guide instruction, support student growth, and celebrate individual progress.
- Model and Promote Servant Leadership
Inspire students to lead with humility, courage, and compassion, following the example of Christ. We nurture leadership through student responsibility, moral development, and opportunities to serve both within the school and in the wider community.
- Cultivate a Joyful, Inclusive Community of Belonging
Create a welcoming and emotionally safe school environment where every student, family, and staff member is seen, known, and valued. We celebrate the dignity of each person and build meaningful relationships rooted in respect, empathy, and Gospel-centered hospitality.
- Foster a Culture of Clear, Respectful, and Consistent Communication
Commit to timely and transparent communication among faculty, families, and leadership to ensure shared expectations, partnership in learning, and mutual trust.
