About Mrs. Ines Kosteski

Hola, bienvenidos!  My name is Ines Kosteski. I am native of Argentina, with a Bachelor of General Studies from Texas A & M University.  I am certified to teach: EC-6 Generalist; Bilingual Target Language Spanish BTLPT; Reading: Early Childhood–Grade 6. In addition, I graduated from the Texas Reading Academies K-5 (TEA).

My career in education began at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic School in a small town in Colorado. After that, I worked as Special Instructional Aide in Eagle ISD, also in Colorado. After moving to Dallas first I started working as Instructional Interventionist K-5, and later as a Kindergarten Teacher at Garland ISD.

I am married to my husband and I have a daughter that is pursuing her Bachelor Degree at Oklahoma City University. My hobbies are reading, studying, traveling and having quality time with my family.

I love to teach because I treasure the opportunity to inspire students to learn new things. In the Spanish class students will learn a new language thought out Compressive Input and TPRS  (Teaching Proficiency Through Reading and Storytelling). Also, the student will develop a broader understanding of the Hispanic culture and appreciate its importance in communication.
