St Patrick Catholic School offers an Extended Day Program for families who are interested in after school care for the 2023-2024 school year. Throughout the Extended Day Program, students and parents can expect opportunities for play, homework, self-esteem building, peer interaction, and socialization all to help children reach their fullest potential. Open most school days, the Extended Day Program provides care and supervision as well as recreational and enrichment activities.  Our program serves families who desire supplementary care in our Catholic environment.

DAY/HOURS OF OPERATION

 

The Extended Day Program will operate during the regular school year and begin on August 10, 2023.

 

Full Time Pre K3 to 8th Grade                                Dismissal to 6:00 P.M

 

The program does not operate on regular school holidays, including Teacher-In-Service days, Labor Day, Thanksgiving holidays, Christmas holidays, the day Christmas break begins (December 20th), Spring Break, Easter Break, Memorial Day, or the last day of school.

 

 

MONTHLY EXTENDED DAY FEES

 

Full Time Pre K 3 – 8th Grade (5 days per week) 

                       

Dismissal - 6:00             $200.00 per month 

            

Family rate calculation:

1st child full payment
2nd child ½ payment
3rd child ¼ payment

 

Note:  Drop-Ins are $25 per day per child & ONLY if space allows and must be reserved 24 hours in advance by emailing [email protected]

 

Late pick-up charges will apply in the amount of $2 per minute per child.

  

PAYMENT POLICIES

Your payment will be for a full month. Months that are partially used will not be prorated.  Families FACTS incidental account will be billed on the first of the month for the entire month’s fee.
You may withdraw from the program with no penalty, if you notify the Extended Day program director, in writing by the 20th of the month prior to the month of desired change. Non-attendance is not a form of withdrawal.  No refunds will be granted for withdrawals requested after the 20th of the month.  If a family withdraws, there is not a guarantee of re-enrollment in the program during the current school year.
