About Mr. Brian Bacon
I am delighted to be a part of the faculty of Saint Patrick Catholic School as the Music Teacher. I
have been privileged to serve in church ministry for more than 20 years as liturgist and pastoral
musician and was most recently on staff at Holy Trinity Catholic School in Grapevine, Texas. I
earned my Bachelor of Arts in Music at Maryville College (Maryville, TN) after beginning my
studies in music at Roane State Community College (Harriman, TN). I continued to earn my
Master of Arts in Music and Worship at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA), where I am pursuing
a Doctorate in Worship Studies.
Outside of my commitments to Saint Patrick Catholic Community, I am also the artistic director
and conductor of the Bacon Choral Society. I have been able to share my gift of music as a
conductor and/or vocalist throughout the United States, Italy, and Mexico.
I pray that through my musical experiences and education I can remain faithful to the mission
of living the Gospel, forming youth in faith who learn, serve, and lead.
