About Mrs. Andrea Ramirez
Welcome to Kindergarten! I love my job because my students are always excited and enthusiastic about learning. They bring joy to my life every day. I have taught in the area of early childhood, including Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Kindergarten, for 30 years. Kindergarten is a year of tremendous learning in a fun environment! My goal for each of my students is for them to experience success in their own individual growth, in an atmosphere of love and respect.
I grew up in Dallas and attended Catholic school at St. Elizabeth of Hungary and Bishop Dunne High School. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas. I am certified to teach Early Childhood through sixth grade. I was honored to receive the Work of Heart award from the Catholic Foundation in 2007.
My husband Richard and I have two children, Amanda and Nicholas, who are both SPS graduates. We are parishioners at St. Patrick and love being a part of the St. Patrick community. When I am not teaching, I enjoy cooking, exercising, spending time with my family, and playing with my dog, Sadie.
I am looking forward to another great year at St. Patrick!
