About Ms. Sara Scheller

Hello and welcome 7th and 8th grade students to ELA!

My name is Sara Scheller. This summer I made the move from my desert home of Arizona to Dallas, and I am thrilled to be here. 

I graduated from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University with a Secondary Education (English) degree and defended my thesis on "Parental Expectations and Future Pathways to Success". Last year, I taught 5th grade within the Catholic Diocese of Phoenix.

Being raised in Catholic education, I believe it is a privilege and a responsibility that God has entrusted me with this work. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. I am excited and blessed to be a part of the St. Patrick community and I look forward to working with you all.
