About Mrs. Martha Trujillo

Welcome to 3rd Grade!  My name is Martha Trujillo and I am beyond excited to be working with the wonderful students, staff and families at SPS.  I began my career in elementary education in 1992 and obtained my masters degree in elementary education at Florida International University in 1997.  During that time period I was teaching in the Miami-Dade Public school district as a classroom teacher in grades K-5, eventually progressing to Assistant Principal.  While kids and teaching are my main passions, I enjoy spending my free time with my family traveling in our RV and playing tennis whenever possible.  I am also a proud parent of fellow SPS students Miles and Matthew Trujillo. 

Third grade is a very exciting year for your children. I look forward to developing strong partnerships with all the parents in our classroom as I am committed to working together in order to create a positive learning environment that inspires academic achievement, confidence, and spiritual growth.   

A Great Adventure awaits the 3rd grade and I am delighted to be a part of the team!
